You can fish , enjoy the sounds of a wide variety of birds, or listen to the roar of deer. We made this special place to stay with great care. There are great hiking spots nearby. But if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, nearby is Siófok, the seaside resort town of Lake Balaton, where there are many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
