Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sơn Trà

The house is very nice and the family is totally enough.The pool was also very clean, and the feeling of swimming on the second floor was fantastic, and it wouldn't get sunbaked in the middle of the afternoon, but it wasn't as boring as an indoor pool.The host was really nice and responsive. I was able to solve the problem right away. The sound of the air conditioner in the main bedroom on the top floor was also solved the next day.One thing is that there is a new construction site directly opposite the house, the day we checked in we asked the staff and she said the construction site would be over until 5pm, in fact the workers were working until seven or eight o'clock in the evening every day, and in the morning it was five or six o'clock.Therefore, it is recommended that friends who are not sleeping well and who like to sleep with caution (we also did not expect Vietnamese workers to be so engaged and uninterrupted construction during Labor Day holidays).But we still had a great family time together, thanks to the host, provided plenty of facilities and help.After all the construction at the door wasn't something he could fix, he did the best he could!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

The accommodation is great for several people, and there are many restaurants and things to do around.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

The location of the accommodation is a little difficult for tourists to find, but it is right next to the Sweat House Hotel. The room was clean and the generous towels were okay. If you like a secluded place, I recommend it.

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

Sarah and her staff were great! Very responsive and helpful. We were needing to store our bags before check in and they accommodated. The appointment was clean and welcoming. This location is perfect right across from the beach, food and nightlife.

Amazing views of Danang Beach, spacious/comfortable living and spectacular building facilities. One thing to mention is that you’re in the heart of Da Nang and where all the action happens so the ambience of the area is heard from the room.

Clean and surrounded by many restaurants

This place was absolutely perfect - it had everything I needed. The host's communication was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend it to all guests for the beautifully designed room, relaxing bathtub, and the spacious chill-out balcony with an amazing view. It's close to everything you need, from local food and restaurants to the beach. Highly recommended!

The price is cheap compared to the size of the room, and the most important thing is that the location is so good. I did my last itinerary here to leave Da Nang, but it was nice to have all the places I wanted to do and that it was convenient to be able to save time.

Overall, it's a clean and excellent accommodation. Also, the host is kind and quick to answer.

Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

I felt comfortable here from the beginning. You could see the sea from the window of the bedroom and also from the balcony, which was just great. Our host Annie always responded quickly and was always able to help us very well. I would definitely want to spend my next stay at Da Nang here as it is also a great area where there are many great restaurants within walking distance and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

They rent out a hotel room. Close to the sea and good access. You can also enjoy the infinity pool in the hotel. The interior is very beautiful as the photos show. The host was well taken care of, and it was a very nice place to stay!

Da Nang is a great place for a holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
