Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Die Ferienwohnung am Beginn einer Sackgasse enthält eine ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (man schläft auf richtigen Matratzen) und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.

With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. Idyllic apartment on the Geiersberg

Cozy apartment in a quiet, idyllic location in the Bavarian Forest – perfect for nature lovers! Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside the door, a small ski resort is just a few steps away. A beautiful lake is nearby. Hauzenberg with restaurants, bars and shopping is within easy reach. Excursions to the border triangle or nearby Passau offer cultural variety. Relaxation and activity amidst fantastic nature!

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
