Nancy & Curt were amazing people. I had a hard time easing into the fact that they were on an attachment to the house - I think this should be stated upfront - but they were very kind, helpful, and laid back. The hot tub was fantastic. The game room was incredible. The property out of this world, like Narnia from The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe. Would stay longer and stay another time if I could!

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. Incredible, beautiful location. Stunning oceanfront views & experience. Home is cozy, bring your fire-building skills. Lisa was a true pleasure to interact with and very helpful at every turn. Very private and dog-friendly which we appreciated.

Riverwood cottage is an experience to replenish your soul. The cottage layout is perfection. The entrance welcomes you into a kitchen with whimsical accents of retro turquoise appliances. The kitchen is very functional for any family chef. The host has been generous and supplied spices to support most meals. There is a classic claw foot tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable you melt into them. TV has easy access to your personal apps. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. The very private outside includes an expensive deck with a hot tub canopied by Redwood trees. Then there is the yard, magical with small bridges that take you down to river's edge. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Sangeeta, the host is kind, patient, generous and communicative. My limited time at home was incredible. This cottage is my favorite Airbnb stay ever. Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Great stay! Super easy and convenient check in. Linda was very communicative. Great alternative stay for going to Harbin Hot Springs. The space was super cute and had everything needed to accommodate our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here at Donna's. It was so cozy, peaceful, comfortable and had beautiful and idyllic surroundings. My son and I had a super time and felt right at home to relax and visit with each other! We enjoyed meeting Donna's husband and having a few brief but nice conversations and we really appreciated his sense of humor! It was a fantastic vacation! Thank you both!!!

What a gem! I absolutely loved waking up to the birds chirping while staying in this cozy, charming flat. The garden was a lovely place to sit and sip tea in the late morning; lots in bloom and smelled incredible! The flat has gorgeous light and it was a wonderful place to write in the mornings. I had everything I needed to make meals but I also enjoyed checking out a few of Lisa and Dana's recommended restaurants. They were very friendly and responsive - fabulous hosts! Being in a flat separate from the main house provides privacy but is great in case you need anything from the hosts. The bed was very comfortable and the towels felt plush and new. You will have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, regardless if you stay cozy in the flat or head out to explore Sebastopol and wine country nearby. I highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

Camille was accommodating! Super friendly and non intrusive. The space was exactly what we expected! We were so happy to have our dog with us as we explored the area. Would definitely come back again!

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

I absolutely fell in love with this gorgeous property!! The house was so well kept and styled very well with everything you could need in the kitchen. We had a slight issue with water when we checked in but they were quick to communicate with us and we resolved the issue quickly. The pool area and grounds were absolutely stunning. So peaceful and rejuvenating. Thank you!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

The most incredible home and location!! So far exceeded our expectations!! The setting was gorgeous and serene and perfectly located - short drive to amazing restaurants and vineyards!! We’re already searching for our next opportunity to visit this amazing property!! Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Great spot to relax with family and enjoy the russian river area. Close to Armstrong woods and downtown Guerneville. Easy to get to. Charming 2 bed 1 bath home with the bonus of a cabana with 2 beds, 1 bath and a small kitchen and living room. We took our daughter's out to enjoy a restful weekend. They loved having the cabana to themselves. They enjoyed the pool while we took advantage of relaxing in the hot tub. It was a very pleasant stay. er definitely hope to stay again.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Brook went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable! From offering the early checkin to allowing us to checkout a bit later, a long with all the helpful hints on restaurants, grocery stores and providing all around comfort, we truly enjoyed our stay. From the teas to the paper plates, to the inflatable ducky in the pool, we could not have asked for more. Brook also provided a plastic chair for the shower as we were traveling with an elderly person-I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Looking forward to returning one day. Thank you, Brook, for making our stay amazing!
