The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for another one or two people, bathroom with toilete/shower. You are welcome to use the garden and the pool. The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.
