The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Rymliga vita rum smakfullt och praktiskt möblerat. Mindre än 5 min med bil till vackra Ystad och 2 km till milslånga sandstränder och havsbad.Helt nyrenoverat kök med matbord, rymlig side by side kyl/frys, micro, induktionshäll och diskmaskin. Privat trädgård i parklandskap med bekväm uteplats. Välkommen!

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of three main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. 2. A separate cottage with two bunk beds. Which makes it suitable for four persons. 3. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.

Ni finner er egen brygga med båt 100m genom skogen från stugan. 3 min promenad har ni även en vacker allmän badplats med sommarkafé. Ca 4km från stugan finns mataffär, pizzeria och tågstation.
