New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Cabin by the forest

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

A calm gem in the forrest

A perfect spa get away for 2 in this wonderful cottage on the edge of the forest. The house offers 1 large bedroom and 1 office with stylish and comfortable décor. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that let nature come in. You can enjoy the large garden where the sun shines from morning to evening or enjoy uninterrupted time in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub in the garden. Bathrope, slippers, towels ect., everything included that you need for your spa get-away.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

Romantic annex on small vineyard

We welcome you to our unique and atmospheric guest house, located in the countryside up to the state forest and close to Isefjord. Here you can spend your vacation as a hiker, cyclist, rider with your own horse, angler, kayaker, etc., as the surrounding nature offers rich opportunities. You are also very welcome to a long stay, where you can immerse yourself in an artistic or similar project in peace and quiet. The house has WiFi.
