House in an environmental reserve, 10 minutes from the center or Industrial Zone. Easy to get to, at the entrance of the city. Wooded, quiet and ventilated. Close to the mall and supermarket and three blocks from the bars and restaurants route. It is a house attached to the owner's house with a separate entrance, without a link. Composed of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, as well as an outdoor area with a delightful hammock area. It can accommodate up to 2 adults (please consult). Amazing place full of trees and lots of peace.

Tranquila homeless street residence, located in one of the best neighborhoods of Sorocaba (Jardim do Paço), near the city hall, industrial area, Real bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets! Comfortable, spacious property, a double-suite with large bathroom, queen bed, air-conditioning (cold) and closet with closet and hangers. Sala with lavabo, equipped and integrated kitchen, large and closed garage with automatic gate. It also has TV in the living room and in the suite and great Wi-Fi available.

We prepare the space so that our guests feel at home, especially those who are in Sorocaba for work or tourism. The bedrooms have air-conditioning. Guests will have every comfort with safety and privacy. The neighborhood has markets, a bakery, and restaurants. Guests will have the entire house at their disposal, the garage can be shared, as we have two houses on the property.

The house has basic items such as: refrigerator, microwave, stove (without oven), pots, cutlery, bedding, wi-fi. The house is in the back of mine, thus being a family environment. The location is quiet. *The TV works only with mirroring via mobile *We do not own garage *Visits and animals are prohibited. * I do not recommend the stay for adults and young children because of the stairs that make it difficult to get around the environment.
