Cozy cottage with sea view in Bovallstrand!

Vacation in this cabin in the old fishing community of Bovallstrand. Here you are surrounded by picturesque alleys with close proximity to the sea and cliffs but also to the forest with exercise tracks 600 meters away. In high season there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage is built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a lot of coziness. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection of up to 250Mbit/SEK completely free. AppleTV is available in the cabin.

Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Most amenities are available such as washing machine, outdoor gym and outdoor furniture. The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you have to do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.

Cabin near the ocean On Smögen

Enjoy the charm of a newly built three-storey cottage. On the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cabin there is a fully kitchenette with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and bathing on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you get down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
