Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the south-facing balcony. The balcony has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway, there is a guest toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small extra room that can be used for a sleeping area. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property (see picture parking)

Newly renovated house of 63 well-planned square meters. Two smaller bedrooms with 90 cm wide beds. One larger bedroom with one 160 cm wide bed. In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

1 bedroom with double bed. 1 double bedroom + bunk bed. There are 2 extra beds + foldable crib. (Duvet and pillows for all beds.) Bathroom with shower + 1 guest toilet. Large kitchen with exit to glazed patio and lawn. Large living room at an angle with dining area and TV-room. Close to shop, swimming area and boat harbor. Walking distance to Smögenbryggan. Takes about 15 minutes. Limited parking by the house (1-2 cars) but there are parking spaces in the boat harbor. Final cleaning is done by guest

Light and airy, centrally located home

Home located on one of the most picture perfect streets in Bovallstrand. A block away from the square and harbor restaurant as well as the towns tennis courts. In addition it is only a couple minutes walk away from Badholmarna - the best place to go swimming on a sunny day. The entire house is newly renovated and easily fits 8 people with room left to add baby cots should you need to. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement. Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!

Lovely large house with the best location in Smögen!

Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.
