Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Private courtyard with shared parking in this courtyard, subject to conditions Check-in between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the latest - checkout at noon at the latest

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Gite classé⭐️⭐️ Come and enjoy our recently renovated house in the heart of a mining town. 5 minutes' walk away you will find: bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, pizzeria, kebab, florist, beautician, etc. It can accommodate 4 people with everything you need for a good, light stay. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the city centre. We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.
