Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Large equipped kitchen, Piano, Nespresso, 4k TV, Netflix, Prime Video Fiber Internet 1 hour from Paris by TGV, close to the A6. Tasting and negotiation of great Burgundy wines at the estate, at producer prices.

Ground floor: eat-in kitchen (25 m², tiled floor), living room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub, and 1 toilet with washbasin. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 40 m², with hardwood floors), 1 half bath, 1 shower room, and 1 full bathroom with a toilet. Household linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This farm, maintained to be comfortable, has retained its 19th-century features. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 charging station.

Renovated old farmhouse with 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue… Private parking, courtyard and garden. La Chance'aux Jeux Gîte

This rural cottage combines comfort and simplicity with swimming pool, garden and a little "chalet" side. The surrounding area has many tourist attractions: Sources de la Seine, the historic site of Alesia, Fontenay Abbey, the beautiful village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain with its anise factory and abbey... The GR 2 and the Chemin de St Jacques pass in front of the cottage. 12 km away, St Seine l'Abbaye offers all amenities (bakery, health center, bank, supermarket, pharmacy).

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
