Joanne has been a great host from booking all the way to check out. She has communicated with us all throughout the stay. She was kind enough to give us a flexible check in and check out time. The place was as described on the listing and instructions were quite clear as to what’s what. My family and friends had a wonderful time.

Nikki was super helpful and responsive and The cottage was beautiful and peaceful. It literally has everything you need and you can tell alot of thought and effort has been put in developing and improving this listing. Cant recommend enough!

Wonderful cottage, in a perfect location. Gorgeous and peaceful lake front, with a bon fire spot overlooking it. Everything was nearly brand new (appliances, large tv, hot tub, bbq) Kayaks were great to use to explore the Lake. Friendly general store 5 mins away. Amazing sunset. Foosball. Don’t hesitate.

I had a wonderful birthday weekend at this beautiful cottage. The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. A peaceful escape that made my celebration truly special.

We had a great time at the woody cottage! We stayed for 4 days in the second week of may and were extremely lucky to have such amazing weather! We were excited to be in the beautiful Muskoka region and with soooo much space for family and activities! (There’s even a secret play room, good luck finding it, we didn’t till our last day lol ). Although we were sad to hear that the dock is not put in until later on in the summer months as well as about the outdoor table being broken due to an ice storm in the winter we were greeted by a kind member of the team who offered to help us move around other furniture to the outside to resolve the situation! While there are some minor improvements we could suggest to elevate the Woody Cottage, we did truly feel like home and even had the opportunity to connect with some kind neighbours while out for a paddle on the lake. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did and thank you again to Christine and Rebecca!

The place is truly amazing and so peaceful! The checkin was super easy and Amanda was very proactive in communicating. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be recommending the place to our friends! We hope to be back in the future! Thanks so much for a great couple days!

This has got to be the most family friendly airbnb I have ever been to. So much for the kids to do at the residence. The beach, fireplace, trampoline, beach toys, hot tub, outdoor game sets, indoor toys etc....so much!! wWe loved the covered gazebo and bbq as well for outdoor eating and relaxing. Chantelle made us feel right at home and was extremely quick to respond to anything we asked. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was beautiful and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay! I would definitely stay there again.

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Staying at Julia’s place was a great experience ! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was cozy, stylish, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Julia was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience.

Greg’s place is incredible, we would all go back in a heartbeat! Greg is a great host, always responsive and he made sure we had great stay. The place itself is beautiful, has a lot amenities and it’s super cozy. Beds are very comfortable and every space clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

My family and I were happy to stay at this rental property for a second time over the Easter long weekend. Barry continues to be a great host. The home remains spacious enough for a big family (and dog!), while remaining cozy and comfortable. We had yet another peaceful weekend in the Valley. Thank you for your hospitality once again, Barry! We look forward to our next visit.

Josh and Alyssa are great hosts. They are friendly and responsive, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Their place is set up well, with lots of things to do inside and out. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying with them.

My family and I had a wonderful getaway at York Riverscape. The cottage was well stocked with all the essentials. We especially loved not having to bring our own bedding and towels. The kids had a blast with the foosball table: Julie and Roger were responsive hosts and their cottage was exactly as described. We plan to return in the future.

We went as a group and the home hosted everyone very comfortably with the two bathrooms and three large bedrooms and bunkhouse. All the features were there such as a full kitchen, wood fireplace, tv, cable, internet, hot tub, etc. Although the road getting in is very narrow the neighbours were great in letting us by or giving us directions on proceeding with trailers. The owner listed many items and all exceeded our expectations and allowed us to create once in a lifetime memories.

Chantyle's cottage was a great find for our family. While it was basic and nothing fancy but that is just what our family loves. We basically only need a spot to sleep and cook, other then that we are outside enjoying the nature we are surrounded by, and this spot was perfect The beach was perfect for swimming, crystal clear, and shallow so the kids could walk out for quite some distance. On top of the beautiful area and comfortable rustic cabin we were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful campground manager Phil and his wife Tanya. Helped us with things we needed right away and gave us suggestions on places to check out that our kids ended up loving....overall amazing experience thanks for having our family stay it was a great location and great place. friendly seasonal campers as well. our family will definitely be back ?

This cottage was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some down time as a family! The cottage was clean, well equipped and located on a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything we needed was provided and more! We enjoyed playing soccer on the large sandy beach, swimming, fishing, board games, campfires and watching movies in the evening. The kids and parents loved it!

Myself and my family spent a great memorable weekend at Slav's place on the lake. The house and settings were perfect. The place was clean and new, without clutter, and still very comfortable. The host was proactive and very responsive. Thank you, Slav and I hope to return shortly.

Our cottage stay was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. From kayaking on the nearby lake, hiking scenic trails, to late-night board games and bonfires under the stars, every day was packed with activities we loved. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and fully stocked, making it easy to unwind after an active day. It was a well-spent getaway full of memories. we can’t wait to go back! Thomas and Tom were very accommodating hosts.

My family and I converged from all over Canada and the United States for a funeral of a loved one. The host were most gracious, helpful, and friendly. We are very grateful and thankful to have found this lovely spot. It would be a great place to relax and enjoy a long weekend or a weekto enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway. Thank you again for your friendly attitude and helpfulness in our time of grief.

Once again we had a great stay! This was our second year staying at Kunals' place and it was just as we expected. Kunal went above and beyond to accomodate us. Unfortunately a wk. before, due to a bad storm, the liner of the pool was damaged so the pool was inoperable. This is one of the main highlights of Kunals' place for us so it was a little disheartening because we were there for 8 days...HOWEVER, once again Kunal came through!! He purchased an 18ft back up pool and had it assembled and ready to go for our arrival so that we could still enjoy a pool!! My sister and I had a great time, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would stay at Kunals place over an all inclusive Carribbean trip anyday! House was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kunal gave us late checkout which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be doing an extended stay next summer and are so looking forward to it! Thanks Kunal, you are a great host and we thank you for being so accomodating!!

Mihaela's cottage was a lovely little place surrounded by trees. Despite its location deep down the cottage roads, it took less than 15 minutes to drive wherever we needed to go (Buckhorn, Bobcaygeon, Kawartha Highlands Signature Park). The cottage itself was comfortable and clean, but we especially enjoyed the lovely firepit and jacuzzi 😄 Mihaela was also a responsive and understanding host, leaving plenty of clear instructions and responding to questions in record time. Overall we had a great stay and I would happily recommend this cottage to others!

We had a totally wonderful long weekend getaway at Jeff & Karen's cottage. The communication with our hosts was perfect from the time of booking until our checkout. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find that the place was even more beautiful than the pictures. The views overlooking Lazy River, the living room area and the kitchen was our favorite, but everything else was impeccable as well. The beds were comfy, the entire cottage was very clean and we found everything we needed under our hands. What we all loved most about the cottage was its character and the little details that showed that the hosts truly cared about the place. The bedroom colors, living room decorations where all those colors came together in the cushions, ornaments etc. was so clever and elegant. The vinyl collection, the guitar and the board games added a nice touch to our stay. We were also fortunate to do some canoeing in the river to enjoy the tranquility. What more can I say, we'd love to come back soon!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! We had a great time hanging out in the hot tub, playing games, and playing hockey on the frozen lake! Highly recommended!
