Walk 10 minutes north and hit the Santa Monica swings, rings, pier and 3rd St. Promenade with tons of shops/restaurants. OR simply cross the street and you are on Main St. where there are many cafe's, shops, salons and bars.

Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
