Apartment vacation rentals in South Bend

Super clean, spacious, nice new finishes, great location, comfortable beds. Quick response when we needed an iron! Note that the master bedroom is missing shades on a large sliding door, as pictured, but which we didn’t notice in advance. Would have appreciated shades, but would still stay again.

LaVera runs a very nice lodging and treats her guests with utmost respect. Our schedule seemed to be at odds with her availability so we really didn’t get a chance to meet face to face but we communicated through text and she was always very timely in her responses. Our rental was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very comfortable and cozy! We didn’t take time to cook or use the kitchen but it was well-stocked with pots, pans, etc! We would definitely love to stay again!

We have stayed there a few times now. It's nice if you just want to get away from the business of life and and relax at the apartment or close enough to town to go to an event or browse the various shops. It is clean, has everything you could need. It's perfect for us. Katherine is very prompt at responding to any issues or questions that you might have.

This location was peaceful and more importantly family friendly. The basement apartment was set up and thoughtfully decorated. It was perfect for our large family including our 6 granchildren under 9. We had a wonderful visit where we eat play games and talk. It was also nice we could all stay in one apartment at an affordable price. I hope to stay there again on future visits.

We enjoyed our stay. Sharon sent clear instructions, and we found the space to be comfortable and clean. Nice walkable neighborhood; we walked to the Morris Theater for a concert. This would be an ideal place to stay for a Notre Dame game or visit. We would stay here again.

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

The place and our stay was amazing as always. Holly and Mike are amazing hosts and very sweet. Their place was clean and was very easy to check in. We were in town for work and had some ups and downs with our job, but Holly made it so easy and helped us out the entire step of the way. Will definitely be staying again and we hope to not be as much of a pain for them next time. 💕😬😅

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jolene’s place, and will definitely stay again if it’s available. Her place is very clean, updated very nicely and the bed is very comfortable.I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you stay at her place. She is very responsive. We came up to see Lake Michigan, and Jeremy’s place was a perfect spot for us! They have renovated the space beautifully! I LOVED the music posters and all the board games. It is a perfect spot for a family to spend time together. It was everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Our crew ranged in ages from 2 to 77, and it was a wonderful visit for us all! Jeremy is a kind, helpful, and super responsive host. It doesn’t get better than this! Thank you, Jeremy, for the great stay!

WOW!!! What a beautiful home!! It had everything you could think of along with the little special touches they had!!! It worked out so good with the wedding venue just a few feet away! The decor was so beautiful and so spacious for all to enjoy!!! Nick and his wife were so great to work with! 5 stars for sure!!!

Great place and a fantastic experience with Lauren. Very peaceful home (like in the country) yet close to everything. The home is very clean and has everything you'll need. This was the perfect fast weekend escape my partner and I needed!! We loved cooking all our meals in the kitchen (which was amazingly stocked). Lots of cute towns and shops near by as well!!

John’s coach house was a great spot to getaway—the house was simple, practical and clean! Loved the short drive into St. Joseph for shopping and restaurants. We didn’t have time this trip to hike but the proximity to hiking and the state park was a nice feature too. My favorite part was the view of Lake Michigan from the hot tub!
