Apartment vacation rentals in South Bend

Enjoyed our stay and it was a great place with a dog. The backyard is large and private with nice grass. I was able to be discrete when having the dog take care of business, even with a group staying in the main house. The neighborhood is low traffic and walkable. We couldn’t go to the neighborhood beach with the dog, but Warren Dunes dog friendly beach is <8 miles away. If you don’t have a dog, the beach is very very close. The location was great as it was a short drive to area locations like wineries, beaches and parks, New Buffalo, small shops or bigger stores in Stevensville.

We have stayed there a few times now. It's nice if you just want to get away from the business of life and and relax at the apartment or close enough to town to go to an event or browse the various shops. It is clean, has everything you could need. It's perfect for us. Katherine is very prompt at responding to any issues or questions that you might have.

Barbara is very welcoming and very accommodating. The space was what we needed for a couple nights near Elkhart.

This location was peaceful and more importantly family friendly. The basement apartment was set up and thoughtfully decorated. It was perfect for our large family including our 6 granchildren under 9. We had a wonderful visit where we eat play games and talk. It was also nice we could all stay in one apartment at an affordable price. I hope to stay there again on future visits.

Wonderful weekend getaway stay. Peaceful surroundings, comfortable space, and the Studebaker Brewery right across the street we were able to enjoy a great evening meal without braving the icy roads. The price is more than fair. Highly recommend.

Nicely appointed apartment, roomy with plenty of space for our stuff, and having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We appreciated the snacks and provisions in the full kitchen after our long drive. I especially loved the location which allowed us to reach our family even during the worst of the lake effect snow, and the mud room sure was handy! I wanted to be able to wander the trails more, but the frigid wind had different ideas. We hope to come back; I can explore next time! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Wildwood at the ‘Ol Barn. I’ve stayed many times by myself and this time it was sweeter because I got to bring my husband with me and show him all around the area. Lynette & Conrad’s hospitality is second to none and we are grateful that they choose to share their beautiful home on AirBnB.

We came up to see Lake Michigan, and Jeremy’s place was a perfect spot for us! They have renovated the space beautifully! I LOVED the music posters and all the board games. It is a perfect spot for a family to spend time together. It was everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Our crew ranged in ages from 2 to 77, and it was a wonderful visit for us all! Jeremy is a kind, helpful, and super responsive host. It doesn’t get better than this! Thank you, Jeremy, for the great stay!

Super clean, spacious, nice new finishes, great location, comfortable beds. Quick response when we needed an iron! Note that the master bedroom is missing shades on a large sliding door, as pictured, but which we didn’t notice in advance. Would have appreciated shades, but would still stay again.

The host is very responsive, which I appreciated. The apartment is gorgeous, comfortable, fully stocked and offered great views. The area is lively and safe. I absolutely love how secure the building is. I can't wait to stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed our stay. Sharon sent clear instructions, and we found the space to be comfortable and clean. Nice walkable neighborhood; we walked to the Morris Theater for a concert. This would be an ideal place to stay for a Notre Dame game or visit. We would stay here again.

Great place and a fantastic experience with Lauren. Very peaceful home (like in the country) yet close to everything. The home is very clean and has everything you'll need. This place is 5 Stars, and priced very reasonably, so book it now if its available. You will not regret it! Thanks again Lauren for the treats. Special surprise that made our day even better. I needed it after the Notre Dame loss and that cheered me up :)

The loser was quiet and the most fabulous was his very large and fenced garden and good his sauna was great, restaurants is less than 10 minutes away then the place was perfect.

Was an absolutely relaxing stay. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. An extended weekend away with a bunch of things around us to do. It had a little bit of everything around us, including privacy. It was fantastic.

Nice place to get away, even in the winter. Comfy house within walking distance of Sawyer. Would return.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway, the house was very clean and within 20-30 minutes of nearly a dozen breweries and plenty of wineries along with the beach/ state park. Everything was clean and well taken care of, instructions were clear and the recommendations were good Only cons are it was slightly smaller than we expected and part of a duplex which wasn't clear in the listing, but each half does have their own hot tubs which are secluded.

Quite happy here and comfortable. Beautiful view of water. There are steps as is a coach house.... was no problem. John was pleasant and quick responding when trouble getting tv to work. All clean and bed comfy.
