It's a 10-minute stroll down a scenic bush track to Narrawallee Beach or 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Set in the beautiful South Coast region this high quality, Private facility under and at the rear of a Newly built private residence amongst peaceful bush surrounds. Through an adjacent reserve is a pleasant 5 min walk to either Lilli Pilli Beach or Three66 Espresso Bar Café & Boat ramp. This separate facility has private access and parking. October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!
