Vacation rentals with beach access in South-Coastal São Paulo

Everything was great! Nothing to complain, from the staff of the building to the residents, all friendly and attentive! The Street opposite the balcony of the apartment is busy, but the location is great, some paços and we were already on the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

My family and I love the stay, we will definitely come back more often. Super attentive, helpful Charline and Andreia also greeted us kindly and showed us the closest trades. As for the house, it is perfect, spacious, with all the kitchen utensils (it was not necessary to take anything), impeccable barbecue area, internet functioning. Commerce and beach the exact two blocks. The only observation refers to cars that depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but can leave the other on the street in front of the quiet garage (do not leave on top of the sidewalk, subject to a fine). Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

Beto was very quick to respond whenever we need to. The apartment served our stay very well. The building is well organized and the staff are very polite. The location is very easy and has a lot of nearby commerce. The beach has a great boardwalk for running and walking. Our gatitas loved the view from the balcony.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

I stayed with my family at the turn of the year. We liked it a lot, it really felt like we were at home. The kitchen is super modern. The air-conditioning in every room and a differential.
