The other two bedrooms are separate from the master suite pavillion under one roof.. All bedrooms have ensuites and all bedrooms have air conditioning, all overlook the the sparkling pool...crisp linen, bamboo with Egyptian cotton or 1000 thread Egyptian cotton or cool cotton she's made in ubud... The whole villa compound is for your use enjoyment like your very own home ......with the exception of selected locked cupboards where my personal things are....heaps of videos you may watch if you decide to stay in. My staff Komang and Ketut will be at the villa daily to ensure you are comfortable and happy preparing your breakfasts making beds, tending the garden, pool etc....the villa is meticulously cleaned daily.... Transport to ubud is very easy either by taxi or I can organise a driver to meet you for US$23-25. Getting around ubud is so easy as you don't need a car as my villa is close enough to everything... It is absolutely the best location in ubud... In my street Jalan jembawan is radiantly alive yoga studio, well known and very popular.. Also Ketut arsarna body works yoga studio in Jalan Hanoman a brief walk away... My villa is nestled amongst the community homes and all the families are very friendly... There are day spas close by and many many restaurants... For cultural events you only need to walk through 2 lanes to enjoy the night time kecak fire dance.... The villa ensures privacy for your enjoyment like your very own home ..... Everything is within walking distance. Being right in the heart of ubud you can walk nearly everywhere. No need for a car as everything is within five minutes walk so you can feel very safe during the day and during the night. If you want to go on a day trip my staff can organise a driver to take you sightseeing to all the favourite spots if you like.. The unit is newly-renovated and decorated in minimal style. The total area is 78 Sq M, divided by a sliding glass door, for one relax and comfortable bedroom and one living room with kitchen, dining table and TV unit. Wi-fi connection is provided with fiber optic TV channels. It is the entire room for occupancy. You can use the swimming pool and other facilities. The swimming pool is good, but the gym is small. Please comply with and observe time and rules when using. As Beverly Tower is the small low-rise condominium, so please act in good manner and do not make excessive noise that may disturb the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the other owners. Explore nearby to find convenience stores and supermarkets, or walk for only 10 minutes to the Nana BTS Skytrain Station to venture to Siam Square. Our place is close to public transportation. You can walk for 10 minutes, recommended morning and evening, to Nana BTS (Skytrain) Station which you can take inbound way to Siam Square (Siam Paragon and Siam Center) passing Central Chidlom and Central World and further to Weekend Market (Chatuchak Station), and if you take outbound route, it would take you to Asoke Station which is interchange for MRT (Subway) and right at the Station, Terminal 21 - popular shopping and food complex. Going BTS further outbound to Promphong Station, you will reach Emquartier/Emporium Shopping Complex, and further to Thonglor Station which is the most trendy and vibrant area for fusion dining, drinking and entertaining. Upon first arrival, the security guard will have a small checking with you before letting you into the premises. No worry - the guard will be advised of your arrival times and period of stay.

If you are unfamiliar with Chiang Mai, I can offer you airport transfer to and from the airport. I charge 300 Baht I also offer WIFI HotSpot (pocketWIFI) with unlimited data for 150 Baht per day.
