Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I'm trying to figure out what words I could possibly use to describe how I felt waking up in this stunning cottage! We arrived at night, and Victoria was extremely helpful. The cottage lights were lit to help us find the cottage and once inside, we were blown away with how beautiful it was. Easy to heat up, amazingly comfortable bed, and clean! We woke up after a great sleep, to the sound of birds and the views! Wow! Breath taking, just stunning! We couldn't capture it by picture, but we leave with memories of a beautiful place and great places to eat. The locals are lovely and we felt safe. We didn't actually leave the cottage too much as we came to rest and sleep! We did walk, we did eat a lot, we did rest.. what more could you ask for?! Its an incredible place to visit, a host who cares that you love the visit and we left feeling we'd been away for a long time. Incredible! Thank you Victoria, long may you host! 😊

Fantastic Stay at Leighterton Cottage! We had a wonderful three-night stay at Leighterton Cottage with two families (four adults, a teen, and our dog), and it was perfect for all of us! The cottage was incredibly spacious, with a lovely open-plan kitchen and dining area that made mealtimes easy and enjoyable for our group. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the layout was ideal for both relaxing and socialising. The location in the heart of the village was peaceful, with stunning views of the fields from the upstairs windows. We loved how conveniently situated it was— just up to 60 minutes drive to Bourton-on-the-Water, Malmesbury Abbey, Cirencester, and Bath, making day trips effortless. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable cottage!

Fantastic property - 5 stars in every way. The photos undersell the property; lovely location and the property is one of the best stocked and neatest airbnbs we've stayed at. Some really nice christmas touches (wreaths and a real christmas tree). The farm has sheep and turkeys close to the house which the kids loved and it was very quiet given its a working farm. Only two comments; the 4th "bedroom" (sofa bed on the landing) would have been very impractical to use for more than 3 couples/families and the stairs aren't child friendly; open sided so no opportunity to let the kids have the run of downstairs. A fantastic stay, well worth the money and would definitely come again! Oh and the dog is super friendly

A lovely, peaceful place to get away from it all with a super comfortable bed and all the mod cons you might need. We enjoyed the snacks and breakfast items very much and I was grateful that Sarah went to the extra effort of providing decaf ground coffee on request. The setting is really picturesque and the peace of the location is second to none. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great stay at the house and perfect for what we needed. A few things the host has made clear they are working on to make the place really great but they didn't interfere with our stay.

Great Accomodation and excellent host, definitely looking to come back in the future. The hot tub is a major bonus!

Such a great place, exactly as described. We were a family of three adults, two kids and a little one, and the location, amenities and place were all perfect. It was a quiet location at night but right next to everything you needed for entertainment. Loads or lovely cafes and restaurants and a super easy and quick walk to many things, we didn’t drive all weekend. The hosts were really quick with responding and were very reactive in helpful information and recommendations. Would 100% stay again if we are in Bristol! Thanks!
