Complete house for yourself, with private entrance. Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers.
