Everything has been built respecting bioarchitecture. In addition to the bungalow, common spaces are available including a pool, oven, barbecue, outdoor spaces, and more. The estate of one hectare of olive trees is located among the villages of the Salento hinterland, 5 km from Castro and a few kilometers from Otranto, Leuca and Pescoluse.

The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.

Located inside a villa, it consists of a single room of about 20 square meters with kitchen, table for two, double bed 160 x 195 cm with container and bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. The Chalet has a terrace overlooking the sea with a coffee table for lunch/dinner plus two sun loungers and umbrellas. The chalet is about 5 minutes from the city center along an uphill road. It also has parking for a small car.
