Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Italy

Great apartment with an amazing view of Dubrovnik (much better than in the listing photos). Jasmin was very welcoming and accommodating for our morning arrival. access to the city is on foot (172 steps, the beautiful views are merit). we would be happy to come back

great solution if you are passing through for one or two nights. There is a washer and dryer, for us they were very useful the apartment is very close to the center, there is a good place to have breakfast around the corner. if you have a car there is free parking in the back of the building. The mattress was very, very convenient.

A nice apartment with all we needed during our time there and it is in a good location with a local supermarket, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and local beach with swimming area - an ideal spot to watch the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening - within a few minutes walk and last, but not least, host Vlaho who was both friendly and helpful - everything you need for a good trip!!! We stayed 4 days in the apartment, four persons, but it can accommodate more. It was beautiful, exactly as described. Very clean, very modern, quiet, it had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is great ! It's in a no more than 10 minutes drive from Kotor old-city gates. Our hosts are very polite, helpful and eager to answer all our questions and solve any problem. It's an absolute value for money apartment. We strongly recommend it ! Argyris Thessaloniki, Greece

Igor’s place was wonderful and I would recommend to others without hesitation. The view from the balcony is stunning and we loved sitting outside watching the sunsets. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking space was convenient as we had a rental car. It is a quick drive/taxi ride to both old town Kotor and Perast which was nice if you plan on visiting both places. I would certainly stay here again if we were ever to be in Montenegro!

Everything as described

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

The perfect spot to take in the tranquility of Capri. Well worth the walk.

The place was super clean, modern, and felt brand new. The view from the balcony was a highlight, perfect for morning coffee. Easy walk to the old town made it really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

Amazing stay, beautiful views. The apartment was clean, the terrace was the real stand out. All the beds were very comfy. Calm and peaceful beach a few minutes away. Would highly recommend !

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Really lovely place and Rajko was a really friendly host and helped us out a lot. Perfect spot to visit the old town and go for walks and nip down the steps to the sea. And really nice home to hang out in.
