Ski-in/out vacation rentals in South Italy

We stayed with two of us at this airbnb by Pietro, the apartment was clean and comfortable, there is everything you need although the style is quite vintage. Please note that beyond the Airbnb balance there is a tourist tax of €2 per night. Thank you for everything 👍

Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

An incredible experience not in a house but a home with a friendly host that instantly makes you feel safe being always there looking over things and being always there. Not only a home but a good place to live in: beautiful, highly aesthetic, blending in the overall architecture, with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay: a/c, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fully practical bathroom, super terrace to have breakfast or dinner. The sea is near and the town is simply a fairytale. The host made everything even more magic. Thank you. A holiday to keep to the heart.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Maria’s place is lovely, set in the pedestrian area of Capri! Be prepared for a bit of an uphill trek to get there, but it’s worth it for the property and views, note that this is a small house at the back of a larger property but it’s well equipped. Maria was very helpful in answering any questions we had. The bed was a bit firm for us, especially when sore from all the walking, but we still slept well and enjoyed our stay.

Fonteavignone is a delightful village, we arrived with snow and the atmosphere was magical. Amenities and ski slopes just minutes away. The accommodation, very clean, was equipped with everything, beyond expectations. Alessia proved to be a precise and helpful host. We will definitely be back.

I would like to recommend this place and these great hosts to anyone. We had the opportunity to meet them personally. In fact, they saved our vacation, showing empathy, picking up at night from a train station a dozen kilometers away. Thank you again, you are wonderful people! The house is beautiful, even prettier than in the photos. A charming neighborhood that Mount Etna overlooks. If you're still wondering if it's worth it, you don't have to. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay in Sicily.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Check in was very flexible. We arrived late evening and Antonio was very helpful. Alfredo wrote us everyday in the morning and asked if we needed something. The apartment came with snacks ,milk, water and soda which was very nice. The apartment is very spacious ,and comes with a private and secure parking lot that is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, which is not obvious in Naples. The location is good, close to 2 metro stations. Please note one of them currently only works until 2:30 noon. Antonio and Christian helped us with recommendations and were very available. We would definitely go back.

Very nice apartment, incredible view, very well-equipped and close to the beach. Private and public beach with plenty of room. Located between Perast and Kotor, vehicle essential (beware of often heavy traffic). Natalya was always responsive to our requests.

"La casa di Giulia" was the perfect getaway for us. Laura is an amazing host, she did everything she could (and beyond) to accommodate our needs. The house itself is super cozy and equipped with anything you can wish for. It's only a 2 mins walk away from the sea and located in a small authentic Sicilian village. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to enjoy Sicily away from tourist madness, experiencing the life of a local. The rooftop terrace is the cherry on top ;) Thank you again Laura for your kindness and hospitality!

Great house in a very quiet location! We immediately felt comfortable. Especially important for us: everything was very clean. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car. We had wonderful days in Sabrina's house.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

The accommodation is very welcoming, both for how the spaces are organized and for the furniture, which make it a cheerful place, where you feel good. There were 5 of us with the kids, thanks to the sofa beds. We were able to cook easily because the kitchen is well-stocked. The residence where the property is located has large common spaces, which have added value to the stay. Riccardo was present and friendly in phone contacts, so he immediately gave us peace of mind that we would not have any practical problems.

I liked the balcony overlooking the sea...functional and spartan the studio the way I like it. On the seafront, just outside my very attractive pastry bar building.

Great host, very friendly and helpful with check-in. The cabin is very clean and on a great spot for exploring nearby history monuments.

We had wunderful days at the house. It was situated beautifully in NP Madonie. Several amazing hikes started directly from the house. So easy!! Very quiet, birds singing and we saw deers at the house and on our hikes. Alessandra was very friendly, explained everything, gave us information we needed, about hikes and closed roads. It was a pleasure to stay at her place!

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Hi Giulio and Francesca, our stay was really enjoyable! The apartment is cozy and well organized, with many useful spaces to arrange your things. The heating works perfectly and, despite the fact that the bathroom is small, it meets all your needs. We would just like to suggest a couple of small improvements that could make the experience even more comfortable for future guests: a better quality for pillows and mattress would make the rest even more enjoyable; it would be helpful to find some cooking essentials, such as dish soap, oil, salt, sugar, and maybe a little coffee. It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.

We some lovely days in the cabin! The views is simply amazing - which revelaed it self on our last morning. On Dario's recommendation we watched the sunrise which was incredibly beautiful. We also went on a guided trip on Etna with Dario which was also a memorable day.
