Beautiful, contemporary studio on a quiet, remote, 23 acre hillside overlooking the Catskill Mountains. Airy, amazing light, views, peace, solitude. Nature at your doorstep. Also check out our NEW listings: Table on Ten Earth House and Table on Ten Apartment.
“A serene escape from everything and everyone. The location is a 15-minute drive to the nearest town and the property is very private, so it's perfect to relax and unwind. Also comfortable enough to work from — although there is no cell reception on the property, the Wifi was strong. Apartment is stylish and minimally decorated, and the big windows let in so much beautiful light during the day. There's not much to do within walking distance (I found the hikes to be somewhat of a disappointment compared to the Catskills) so be prepared to drive a bit to get to some nearby towns, farmer's markets, swimming holes, and vintage shops! Overall, a great place for a couple or a family with small kids.”

“I’ve seen plenty of reviews written about winter stays here. But man, the summer is gorgeous at this cabin. Acres of lush green grass, a refreshing pond to dip in, a roomy deck, perfect for evening dinners and bbqs. You can’t see any houses around you, it’s super private. A big hot tub and fire pit for the cooler nights. The cabin is very cozy too. There are farms just around the corner selling fresh eggs and scrumptious delicacies. The hosts, Pam and Alan are sweethearts. They are always available, while going out of their way to offer privacy. They brought us various treats like honey and ramps and flowers. Very thoughtful. Most of all, the energy is just feels good here. And if you’re looking for a secluded place that offers peace and a stunning landscape, it doesn’t get better than this cabin and the area that surrounds it. I can’t recommend it enough.”
Newly renovated two story apartment in a 1860’s Victorian house in the Catskills hamlet of Bloomville. Airy, bright, private. Two bedrooms with handmade queen-size beds, two full bathrooms with free-standing claw-foot tub’s, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room, windows on all sides. Large backyard, close to hikes, swimming, farms, local shops, and fully air-conditioned.
“We had a nice 5 day stay at the attic, which is lovely and cozy (but was also cool enough for us in mid-August). We were very comfortable. The records were a great touch, the bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and breathable. The house is older with a rustic charm. Bloomville the town doesn’t have a whole lot going on, so be prepared to drive a ways for restaurants, though we found a cute cafe in Delhi. Also any longer drive was worth it for the scenic views! Good hiking in the area and a great running trail nearby. Plenty of farm stands all over the area for fresh food, which was great! All in all, glad we booked here and had a relaxing stay in this lovely home.”
