Hello! Welcome to my cool, serene, sweet space! It is centrally located in a quiet old residential neighborhood and close to so many venues! And just to be clear, it is a studio with the one central room and a private bathroom and a small kitchenette area as well. My backyard is nice in the evening, a perfect place to relax!
