Treehouse Cottage in Quiet South Pasadena Village

The apartment is very private and is in a free standing building above two garages. It is compact but is pleasantly cozy and has everything that one could need. The entry landing is always awash in morning sunlight and would be the perfect place to drink a morning cuppa and take in some vitamin D rays. The living room is bright and airy, but also the perfect viewing setup for an important ball game or Netflix film. The kitchen is a generous size and is equipped with all the necessities. The bedroom has a super-comfy king sized bed with top notch bedding. And the adjoining bathroom is also spacious with a large walk-in shower and a stack washer/dryer unit in the event you want to do a load of laundry. The apartment is situated at the end of the driveway. The area right in front of the downstairs garages is open for parking your vehicle. The stairs leading up to the unit are just adjacent to the parking area. The neighborhood consists of charismatic turn-of-the-century homes and tree-lined streets. In fact, South Pasadena has been designated as one of America's "Tree Cities". Many shops, restaurants, and fun local events can be easily reached on foot. We are located very close to the Gold Line Metro light rail train. From this station, you can easily can hook up with all other lines through Union Station which is a 17 minute ride away. You can go to Hollywood, Universal City (Universal Studios), Chinatown, Hollywood Bowl, Little Tokyo, Old Town Pasadena and more. And if you don't mind connecting to a bus, you can even get to Disneyland via train and bus easily in 1h15. The LAX airport is also very easily accessed via a direct flyaway bus and Metro light rail. The front door is operated with a digital lock. If guests do not know how to use one of these, they should contact us before their arrival.
