Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Sarasota

We needed a place during our time of relocating and needed it fast. Since this time of the year is hard to find places, we were pleasantly surprised it was available. We had been staying in two bedrooms condos so to find a three bedroom upstairs was a huge win!! Our kids called it a tree house because it was above the canopy of trees when you looked outside. Owner was very nice and was very helpful with any requests we had. Good find! Recommend for sure.

Absolutely delighted with this establishment. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Proximity to the breathtaking beach is a notable advantage. The owners demonstrated exceptional hospitality, accommodating our needs and promptly addressing any queries. I would definitely revisit this location.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need if you are traveling solo or with another person. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The space is so well thought out and I love the cozy feeling. A perfect retreat while staying in Sarasota! I hope to be back again…thank you so very much!

Very comfortable accommodations. Overall, great stay. Not as stocked as we would have liked (i.e. no laundry detergent or bath soap), but not deal breakers. Will definitely book again!

Our stay here was comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home! Not only is the house beautifully and practically furnished, but it also had gorgeous natural lighting and all the amenities we needed for a great weekend getaway. There were a flight of stairs to climb, but we didn’t have any issues with that. The neighborhood was also close to shops and other necessities, while still being away from any noisy disturbances. We felt completely at ease and safe. Our host, Jackie, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She felt very available to us and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for.

I stayed at Katrina’s vacation house for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet, relaxing location but still close to everything we needed. Katrina was an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book with her again!

This home is perfectly located for all beach and ocean activity. It was extremely convenient to our activities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to many activities, restaurants, shopping. The interior of the home has been freshly done and was easy to use. The pool was especially perfect for our family’s use. It was a delightful home in all regards.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect! So many beautiful words come to mind to describe Edward and Tatyana's exquisite home. The pictures capture only a glimpse of the true experience we had. Brimming with charming details and unique touches, the house left us yearning for more time to explore. Our family of eight reveled in the joy of shared moments and laughter. The idyllic location, surrounded by serenity, provided a peaceful retreat, while the gracious hosts radiated warmth and kindness. We can not wait for our return to this beautiful home.

Fabulous space with an outstanding location. Walked to get all groceries and eat at wonderful restaurants. Pool area was nice with afternoon sun and just steps to the beach. Thanks Margie!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Great and comfortable place. Great communicative host. Location is perfect if you want to stay at home like place and enjoy local gorgeous beaches and parks. Back from the beach you have a nice size two pools and hot tops waiting for you. Publix, CVS, Applebee's and and many others are very close - actually walking distance or across the street. The place is very clean and equipped well with all supplies are you needed for the longer stay. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. I had my morning coffee at the enclosed lanai with water view and watching great egret and blue herons in it. Definitely will stay again for another Bradenton/Sarasota trip. Highly recommend!!!

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!

This place is awesome. Perfect for a couple. Beach is just steps away. Restaurants within walking distance. Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree all within 3 blocks. Beach is beautiful. Amir is very responsive and helpful.

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
