Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

The charming neighborhood, which is over a century old, is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with a well-established bike route just a half-block away from the Airbnb. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.
