Bookings for up to 6 guests include bedrooms 1,2&3 plus two bathrooms. Additional bedrooms and spa bathroom available at extra cost. Maslin St Cottage has extra accommodation on the same property. Billa Billa Farm Cottages

We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.
