Cave vacation rentals in Southern France

The accommodation is clean, well organized (very convenient kitchen) and bright. The view is beautiful. Communication with Julie was fluid. The kids loved sleeping in a cave. We are delighted with our stay. We'll be happy to go back!

The cave is both an exciting and very charming place to stay. The location by the river is pure wellness for the soul. The street under Barry is quiet and located quite close to the city center. You fall in love with the place.

Christine was wonderful - so very welcoming and helpful. It was such a fun experience to stay in a troglodyte house! The bathroom was absolutely stunning! I love this area of France, there is so much to do. I have been coming to this area for years and would definitely stay here again.

His home is an impressive, three-story tower perched high above Moltifao, offering breathtaking views of the village, the valley, and the majestic mountains all the way to Monte San Pedrone. The spacious terrace is perfect for watching the spectacular light and cloud displays – like something straight out of a postcard! The house itself is modern, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished, leaving nothing to be desired. Chris is an outstanding host: communication was always quick, helpful, and extremely pleasant. We felt completely at home and hope to return soon!

Great weekend! The apartment is all mimi and that's what we needed! A small bubble is ☺️ right next door, bakery, crossroads, ski rental! To get to the station you have to take the car but it's only 10 minutes away ☺️

Very well located accommodation, the terrace gives a magnificent view (which however is accessible from the roof). The apartment is very well equipped and decorated, an address to recommend!

Pauline was a great host. Welcomed us in person and showed us around the house. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. We enjoyed playing table tennis and boules. We took cycle rides to the nearby villages and went wine tasting at local vineyards. We walked round the nearby lake where you could also go kayaking or paddle boarding. The beautiful town of Eymet was only a short walk away. And when the sun came out we lay by the pool

Visiting Rafàs house in "La Roca" was an wonderful experience. As a designer, I really appreciate the choices they have made when building the house. It is so beautiful! High end kitchen, SPA bathroom, ambiance ligthing and supercomfy sofa! We used the grill and outdoor areas a lot even if it was still spring-season. Our kids loved the surroundings and the different indoors areas. We really like to to come back!

The house matches the description. Mr. Pidoux was a most welcoming, communicating, present host, he gave us very good advice and was able to welcome us warmly ( bottle, dry sausage and other nice touches ). The house is calm, the view is breathtaking. A slice break away from the crazy and noisy world of our companies! A slice of heaven that we highly recommend!!!

The setting is also very nice, offering a totally different experience from traditional homes. be careful ⚠️ before booking and putting negative reviews, if you are looking for perfection in the absence of dust or other small details , it is not for you . we're in a cellar under the rock .....

We loved our stay here! Naomi was wonderful and the cygnet was so charming! We did have a hard time with local restaurants having challenging hours, but there are plenty of options in neighboring towns! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here! It was peaceful, beautiful, and unique, and we would definitely recommend!

It was a joy to stay with Philippe and Lien at their gorgeous property! A perfect location for a couple or besties getaway in Provence, we were delighted at every turn by their attention to detail. They displayed excellent communication and service before we even arrived as they made reservations for a fabulous lunch and arranged for a massage therapist to visit the property for our desired treatment. We enjoyed their pool and hot tub every evening to relax (get ready for some amazing views!) and we were kindly left a lovely breakfast each morning to wake up to. As design experts and architects, Philippe and Lien created a gorgeous space here, the room has everything you need plus, gasp, who doesn't want to stay somewhere surrounded by the limestone of Provence?! We came as strangers and left as friends. Merci Philippe and Lien for the incredible experience!

We had a lovely stay in the loft. Cool and comfortable in very hot weather. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed visiting the art park. Good communication and information provided. We would recommend.

Very good place to accommodate 10 people! Lots of outdoor and indoor games! We had a small problem with the induction cooktops and Jean and Chloé managed to find us an extremely quick solution. I highly recommend it!

We occupied Karine and Antoine's place for 5 nights at the end of April 2025. Karine and Antoine are very welcoming, considerate and available hosts. They can give you good advice if you are looking for a good address or ideas for activities nearby. The beauty of the region and the breathtaking view of the Loire from the terrace creates a small haven of tranquility. The accommodation is very clean and well appointed. Since it's a cave home, it requires some small learnings that contribute to the charm of the experience. We highly recommend this place if you want to discover the banks of the Loire or visit the castles of the Loire.

A big thank you to Fabienne for a great stay! It was our first night in a cave and we loved it. The welcome, the comfort, the calm, the little birds... everything was there. This is exactly what we were looking for for an original getaway for two. Recommended without hesitation!
