Loft vacation rentals in Southern Maine Coast

We had a lovely week-long stay with our toddler and infant! The place was very quiet, clean, and comfortable (one of us slept on the couch). Such a beautiful area and very welcoming hosts. Extensive grounds to explore and easy river access.

The studio was spotless and beautifully appointed. The bed was comfy .It had everything I needed. The internet was great There were breakfast supplies to get me started which were most appreciated with my late arrival. Stephen was a responsive and extremely helpful host. Highly recommend!

Just as advertised. Stayed here because I was taking a week long seminar about 10 mins away. Felt right at home. Nina and Ian were responsive and very detailed. Excellent house instructions

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!

Had a great time staying at Linda’s! It was a very short drive to Boothbay Harbor and practically next to the wedding venue (Boothbay Playhouse). All the little things (keurig coffee, local bakery items) really made our stay pleasant and Linda was super responsive to texts and requests!

Donna’s place was an incredible stay for a fall weekend. We really enjoyed being able to use the kitchen, kayaks, and fire pit outside by the beautiful foliage.

Richard was a great host and both he and his wife treated us like part of the family . A wonderful setting great for beach walks and quiet times . Richard knows the history of the area and offers recommendations to make your stay very enjoyable. The accommodations are just as shown and clean and comfortable . Would highly recommend.

Location was quiet, apartment was very clean, there is comfortable sitting space for reading and relaxing, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a week visit to the area. We loved the Loft. It is very spacious, modern, and clean. All appliances are updated stainless steel. It is 2 floors with the living-room on the ground floor at entering and the kitchen, dining, and bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage and even a washer/dryer. The location is close (within 5 min drive) to beautiful beaches. Parking at the beach was our only concern. Karen communicates clearly and provides exact instructions. It is very easy and enjoyable to stay at the Loft. We would love to return.

My wife and I had a very nice stay. The loft is very clean which is important to us. Alexander responded very quickly to a couple of inquiries. The loft is small and the stairs are tight but this was known so not a problem. The location is absolutely perfect in one of our favorite towns!

I felt so lucky to be able to book my stay at this incredible place. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail. (There was a cute little message welcoming us! As waters and some snacks, and the check in was so easy!) The loft is absolutely breathtaking beautiful (exactly or better than the photos), clean, so complete. Even if it was cold outside, it felt so cozy and warm. The bed so comfy! The bathroom kept the temperature warm after a hot shower. The kitchen has everything you could need (and we cooked). The lighting was perfect—plenty of natural light. The ceiling windows let us look at the stars at night in the sky. The location was so perfect to escape from the city noise (exactly what we were looking for), and at the same time you can find anything you need just minutes away! Astrid recommended us different places according to what we were looking for and we went to all of them! We also got some local honey they sell, and plus the hosts were so nice! We’ll be back!

Tara is a fantastic host. Her condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I give Tara and her Condo my highest recommendations. I will stay there again.

Kate’s place is absolutely phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say! My fiancé and I spent 3 nights here and it was perfect for us. This place is gorgeous, clean, homey, and close to everything in Portland/South Portland! One thing I really appreciated was that everything was labeled inside the home! They also had many household things that were sooo nice to have while we stayed. You can really tell the hosts love their home and what they do, they really care! My fiancé and I were very sad to leave this place and if we ever came back to Maine, this would be our first option!
