We are located at the south coast of New Zealand, 10km's from Tuatapere. The Waiau river flows right behind the house, perfect for fishing or enjoying a walk on the beach. The Hump Ridge Track is a short drive away. Your house is cosy, warm and light and has lots of character. There's only a few houses down here, so a perfect place to relax! Spectacular lake and mountain views! Being right on the lakefront, across the road is the Lake 2 Lake cycle track and lake edge. Centrally located - 8 minute walk to the town centre. Entire house and section with off-street parking and garage. While this is an older architecturally designed home, it has been tastefully redecorated and modernised.
