House vacation rentals in Spello

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. For a rental in the heart of Umbria and southern Tuscany, look no further, this is where you want to come. Annette and Michel

Loved the location and the green views right on the edge of town. I stayed with a friend and we both had our own privacy as she slept on the pull out couch downstairs. We each enjoyed having our own bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. All in all a wonderful place that felt like home. Very clean and modern too.

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

I would recommend Orvieto to anyone and this little house was an absolute gem, ideally placed and really ideal for a getaway. We definitely wish we had stayed longer☺️

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The farmhouse of the mistral is perfect as a base from which to visit the beautiful cities around! The house is intimate and thoughtful in every detail, very clean and equipped with every comfort (from the television with Sky to the toaster and much more in the kitchen). The outdoor space is fantastic, especially for us who traveled with our two dogs! The hosts are always available, and they welcomed our every request (crib and high chair for our baby). Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Daniele's for 3 days and had a great time. The house is nestled in a beautiful setting, a little outside the center of Perugia, reachable in 20 minutes on foot but more comfortably in a few minutes by car, given the many ups and downs of the city. The cottage is independent, essential but equipped with everything. Daniele and the cohosts were kind and helpful. Super dogfriendly structure, which we very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Our stay at this place was very nice! The pool was very clean and was cleaned every evening. Although you share the pool with three other apartments, it was always very quiet and pleasant in the accommodation. Our highlight was also the pizza oven with which we made very delicious fresh pizza!

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

Great communication with friendly host! Spacious (but cozy) apartment had Old World charm with many modern amenities. Close to plenty of places to visit.

The house is in a quiet and "green oasis". It is very well maintained, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it. Ideally located for exploring in all directions: Lago Trasimeo, Perugia, Assisi, Trevi, Sibellini, etc. We were personally welcomed and said goodbye by Patrizia and Maurizio. They were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Thank you so much for everything, both of you!
