Vacation rentals with a patio in Spezzano della Sila

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Catia is a particularly thoughtful host. She lives in the same house on the ground floor and helps with advice and action. The apartment is exactly as in the photos.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

The house is very nice and tastefully furnished and enjoys a beautiful sea view. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, the sea is not immediately deep but degrades gently and is great for children. Host Sabrina and her husband Alessandro were always very available for any need, they have another apartment in the same village and this was very helpful.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

Well presented, clean apartment with a fantastic view.

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

A beautiful house in a beautiful quiet environment where nothing is missing. Beautiful pool and well-kept indoors and outdoors. Alessandra and her husband Maurizio are wonderful hosts. They gave us great tips on restaurants, locations, beaches and much more. I can only recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice, surrounded by greenery, and in a great location to visit the area. You can park your car on the property. Sara and her mom are extremely kind and helpful.

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with the times and with the use of the house, where there is a lot of space and tranquility at your leisure. Giovanni and Stefania's place, nestled high in the hills with gorgeous views was a lovely place to stay. Very close to the Centro Storico, you can walk through the oldest part on your way down to the piazza. Yep there's a lot of steps up, but it's so worth it and we did it a couple of times a day. Just make sure you know exactly where the access stairs are! Very peaceful, a gorgeous terrazzo overlooking Paola and the ocean. Super clean. Hosts super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
