In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Brand new studio apartment 3 stars has 35m2 and it's located on the 5th floor of the building. There is the an elevator that leads straight to the apartment. The space includes small passage, big wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen and living room and bedroom in one. There is also a balcony with a view. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in the apartment because, there are many guests who are alergic to pet hair.
