This modern, luxury, small house designed by architect will give you everything you need to feel like home. It is very unique designed house. There are many modern elements, but also a shabby chic and romantic details in bedroom, which you can also notice through the whole house. There is garden with barbecue, summer kitchen and a rest zone with pergola. It has about 45 square meters and the big terrace with lake-view you can have breakfast or dinner.
