Villas space is defined by a surrounded tropical garden. Of course they are allowed to walk through the olive trees landscape whi is next to the property lead by drive way.

Other things to note
- Check-In time is 3pm / Check-Out time is 11am
(Early check-in or Late check-out might be possible
depending on the villa's availability)
- No parties or events / no loud noise at night.
- No overnight visitors unless asked to the villa
manager or host who will be able to provide the
necessary extra bed(s) upon request (extra cost)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room (only
smoke in open areas / use ashtrays provided by the
villa)
- We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible. Please
help us protect the earth by simply turning off the
AC & lights when leaving the property.
- Kindly use the safety box provided by the villa to
store your valuables and remember to close all
doors when leaving the property. VBM, the staff, the
host and/or the villa cannot be held responsible for
any lost items.
- No security deposit is required, however any
damages made to the villa or its amenities during
the stay would be fully charged to the tenants
before the check-out procedure.
- No sublease can be made to external guests.
