The historic residence (1821) is the residence of the owner and is part of the ADSI entity, Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane.
In the wing of the villa is the apartment "il Pozzo", with independent entrance, on 2 floors. On the ground floor the entrance with the fireplace and kitchen equipment for the possibility of lunches in the front porch (refrigerator, microwave oven).
On the first floor there is the kitchen with dining area, a living room with study corner and sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 beds), a bathroom.
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the front porch. The garden, the pool, the gazebo, a recreation room, the gym are shared with other guests and the owner. Bicycles available. Indoor parking.
