Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spokane River

We stayed here for 2 months while our home was being repaired for a water leak. Isaac and Emily were very responsive and great hosts! The property was great for our family of 6. It had everything we needed, and the beds are SUPER comfy! Very convenient location, and a great kitchen. It started to feel like home. Would recommend!

It was a nice, quiet place that we could feel at home. It was a 5-star stay; we could not have asked for a better place!

Jon's place was great!! We had the space we needed and used it to the full! There were board games and cards, along with the ping pong table and two large TVs. We liked the two living rooms since we were staying with another young family as well as young adults. The dining room table and chairs, and plates, glasses, and silverware, were an appropriate quantity for the number of guests that can stay at this home. We used the baby gate and booster for the toddler, and appreciated having laundry facilities and detergent for those few loads we ended up running. All of the beds we used had memory foam tops. The location had ample parking, even beyond the bonus garage! The neighbors were quiet. We felt comfortable being outside with the toddler. We used the gas grill for multiple meals... a huge plus! Jon was responsive and patient when we had questions. We hope to stay here again when our travels bring us back to Spokane Valley!!! Five star! One of the best places to stay in the area!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Had a great stay at this wonderful Bunkhouse. Very full stocked kitchen. Many games and DVD's on site. Will definitely use this location for future trips to the area.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend with friends. This home is beautiful with amazing character and coziness with just a bit of fun quirkiness thrown in. I felt very comfortable with plenty of space to relax and be together or go off an be by yourself for a bit. The neighborhood is great and close to the Lake. We walked everywhere. I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list if I need a place in CDA again. David was very responsive and friendly. The cost may seem a bit high but, compared to staying in a hotel, it is a bargain with all the space, amenities and fabulous kitchen and yard.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

Pros: The apartment had everything I needed, and was freshly remodeled. The location was great with a place to get a latte, groceries, or a quick bite to eat, right across the street. And the free E-car charger across the street was handy for me as well. Cons: The kitchen area was confined, especially between the fridge and sink. If noises keep you awake, bring ear plugs, as the cadet heaters click on/off periodically, and there can be street noise. The trash cans were left in the street our entire 4 night stay. The toilet paper is cheap, rough, 1-ply. Check in/out times were confusing. Upon booking I was emailed 3pm/10am. When I was given check in instructions, I was told 4pm. When I was given check out instructions, I was told 11 am. None of these cons are deal breakers for me, especially because of the great location. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an unfortunate notification that a different Airbnb that I had rented for the weekend to visit my son and his family had a plumbing issue and they were forced to cancel my reservation. David's place was 2 miles from my original Airbnb and he was very accommodating. I could arrive a bit early if I wished. I did arrive about an hour prior to a normal check-in time and he was there to greet me. I appreciated the flexibility for me to stay there at the last minute due to the cancellation of my original Airbnb. The place looked just like the photos. I was able to cook two dinners there, since there was a full kitchen and plenty of dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. It was easy to get to the freeway from his rental.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It is a lovely place. Spotless and comfortable. Deanne is a great hostess

Courtneys home was beautiful and so comfortable. We had been driving for 8 days so this was the perfect place to recoop for a few days. We loved all the extras in the kitchen which made cooking so much easier. I walked out the doorand took my dog to tubbs hill daily.. so many beautiful trails overlooking the lake plus cool shops and cafes to walk to. I highly recommend staying here!

really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was thought out, just like you were home. Had an Instapot, air Fryer, and Everything you needed for a family meal. Beds were so comfortable! lots if extras thru out... and very accommodating. We definitely will stay again. Loved the vintage decor, extremely clean and comfortable.

This was my second time renting Margene’s place and I just love it. My daughter and my grandkids live close so this it the perfect place to stay so I can see them. There’s plenty of space! I will certainly rent again in the future. Thank you for everything.

We loved Robert and Torey 's place! They were very welcoming and always super responsive. We enjoyed the quiet building and loved the easy access to bike trails along the water. Food and shopping was close by. The 2 spots in the locked parking garage was also very nice.

Nicole’s place was perfect for the wedding we attended in Rose Lake. Was conveniently located between towns we visited for the weekend, was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The massive tub, fireplace and kitchen goodies were a bonus. The hot tub and sauna were pretty crowded for the size each time we tried to soak but they looked lovely! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit friends.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Fantastic place for a peaceful escape in the mountains. The condo was perfect for my friend and I and we appreciated the location and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the cosy living area with a fireplace. The patio was also great, but does face the water park which gets busy closer to the weekend. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Tip: be sure to watch the YouTube video before checkin, it is super helpful!

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Kent was great at getting back to me right away and let us check in early! The room was very clean and comfy bed. We loved our stay here!

The condo was the perfect place to gather with family from Seattle. Sandpoint is a beautiful area and people friendly. Most of our meals were prepared in the condo, in a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. When eating out Eichhardt's Pub Grill and Joel's Mexican Food were our favorites. The nearby bike and walking trails proved our favorite daytime activities.

Loved this place SO much! My dog had to have surgery in Pinehurst so my boyfriend a I decided to make a trip out of it. I found this place and we were so thrilled by Brenden and his wife’s hospitality, they did an amazing job making this a cozy retreat. They provided everything you might need like towels, spices, utensils etc. S0 comfy with lots of sights to see and explore. We went to outlaw for lunch and sat in the hot tub after. Very relaxing, right on the river. We will definitely be staying here again! - Megan &Chandler
