My apartment is centrally-located in the Spokane Valley. The apartment is a totally seperate space from the main house. It has its own locked entry doors. 5 mins. from the Hub Sports Center. Close to hiking, biking trails, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lakes and ski resorts nearby. Downtown Spokane is 20 minutes west of the apartment and CDA Idaho is 25 minutes east. The bed is a double size with a 2" memory foam pad for added comfort. I have also purchased a playpen for your little one.

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

This space features a private deck and entrance, peek-a-boo views of the lake, beach access and close proximity to both Spokane and Coeur d'Alene! NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

Hobby Farm in the City

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Originally built in 1948 by my father, this barn shaped building was the Valley's only plumbing co. Later converted to apartments on the family Place, it still has a secluded and country feel even though it is on the bus line and near all the amenities. The most recent remodel was in 2004 and has the comforts of home surrounded by plants and fruit trees, and friendly neighbors.
