The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021.
