Fantastic cabin on a beautiful, calm and private hinterland hillside. Moments from Federal and an easy 18 minute drive to Byron. Cabin has everything you may want for a very comfortable stay and the hosts are very responsive should you need them. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! Was such a beautiful tiny home, so well decorated and very clean. The deck was massive and had the most beautiful view! Was so nice to sit in the bath and watch the sunset. Thanks so much Matthew, we will definitely be back

Capaja Creamery was amazing. The little touches make a difference. It was my Girlfriends bday and they gave us a bottle of bubbles. The place was so relaxing. Very cute. The outdoor bath amazing and loved the beanbags on the verandah. Loved feeding the horses and cows too. Felt so private so close to the coast. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away. It rained so didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but it would have been amazing. Thanks to the hosts. Loved it xo

Filip was a great host and very accommodating, making sure we were happy on check in. The bath on the deck was super relaxing and the view was great. Lots of creative touches

We had the pleasure of staying for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The mountain views from the balcony and bed were absolutely stunning, and the charming retro-style cabin offered a delightful escape from everyday life. Thea and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our daughter was overjoyed to play with everyone in the saltwater pool and spa. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures, like receiving fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast and the delicious pancakes Thea kindly prepared for our daughter. We traveled in a VW Transporter (2WD) and had no trouble reaching the cabin, which may be helpful information for future guests. We’re already looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience!

We had a great time here. Benita is lovely and the cob cabin is a serene escape from the world. Surrounded by misty mountains and lush rolling hills, you'll fall asleep to the lulling sounds of nature. Explore the area and pop into Tyagulm for some seriously good gelato or hunker down in the cabin with a wood fire and an outdoor bathtub.

This was the most beautiful location we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was not missed. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful environment - I hope we return in future!

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings. Only had 2 nights but would like to return for a longer stay to enjoy restful environment, and explore the area.

Our stay at Renees was comfortable and cosy. The space is well equipped with everything you need, plus is in a great location with easy access to the beach and local shops. The cabin and gardens felt private and welcoming, and Renee was extremely responsive and helpful!

My daughter, dog and I had a wonderful 3 night stay! The view was beautiful and the bird life so relaxing. There are beautiful wallabies on the property and we loved meeting the gorgeous miniature cows! Our hosts were lovely and helpful. I hope to come back again for a relaxing weekend.

We had the most wonderful relaxing weekend at Acute Abode. The grounds are stunning as is the accomodation itself. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. So nice to be able to take our dog away and not hard to find dog friendly beaches and cafe’s nearby. Would highly recommend if you want a peaceful getaway!

Great stay in a lovely location. The building was amazing and the bathroom was incredible. So clean and spacious really worth every penny. Would 100% return and only 15 min drive from Byron Bay centre. They were so accommodating and kept us updated all the time. Thankyou

Gail greeted us on arrival She was so friendly and down to earth Gail made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived Gail’s shack was perfect for is on our stay Blue butterfly’s flying around the courtyard and garden, so cosy, homely and the perfect little home away from home. So grateful for the bikes that we used to ride to & from town and the thoughtful complimentary welcome drinks :) Highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting their own privacy with a secured, safe location. Another fabulous stay at the Little Cove Cabin with Kylie and Gary as our amazing hosts. The cottage is so well decked out - they have thought of everything. And the design is so beautiful inside. And you can’t beat the location, just around the corner from the beaches. We had a great time, including our doggo Bosley who is always welcomed! Thanks again Kylie and Gary, we will be back! X

A home away from home. Very spacious cabin and everything thought of to make it convenient and entertaining. Gorgeous nature sounds at night! The town is adorable and many beautiful beaches nearby.

We had a lovely stay , beautiful touches to the cabin , felt very cosy and at home .

We stayed in the cabin for 4 weeks while working in Lismore, and it was perfect. The cabin is idyllic and surrounded by nature and beautiful gardens. It felt like our own little eco retreat and we even got to see some Boobook owls nesting nearby! It’s a great base for exploring with a car - Byron is a 40 min drive, and the surrounding area has waterfalls, markets, beaches, and quirky towns. The cabin itself feels spacious with a cozy bed and seating areas to read & enjoy the garden view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Alison and Peter were wonderful hosts, thoughtful, responsive, and really went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We left feeling very grounded and reconnected with nature. We had an unforgettable time & would recommend this to everyone!

I booked this place for my parents for my mother's birthday. They loved it as a weekend getaway. It is on the pricier end of my budget but they said the place was incredible and came back very relaxed.

Such a beautiful place!! Great weekend away from Brisbane. Wonderful location and easy to get to Byron and Bangalow - not that you really want to leave such a relaxing and cute cabin. Peter was especially understanding of my changing schedule
