This is a Beautiful home that has everything it boasts. It’s a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside! Everything was clean and met our expectations. We brought a crew for a company conference and it hosted us all just fine. The theater room was a big hit with everyone! We would definitely stay here again!

We were in Springfield for a church youth conference at the BOS center. Location was great for the event and restaurants. Everything was clearly marked in kitchen and bathrooms plus the owners having some additional items supplied for use was very helpful! It’s an older home with lots of space for larger groups. Our teens loved the two games in the entryway and the large seating area in the living room was a plus also! Reasonable price for what we received! Great place! My crew and I stayed for a week working in the area and this was perfect, just as described.the neighborhood was very quiet and the house was clean, we will definitely stay again!

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

This was a neat and place. It is different from so many other places. It was fun to play all the games that were available on site. It would be really fun in the summer when you could enjoy the outside amenities. It is close to downtown and all the things to do in Springfield. We would definitely go back.

We had such a great stay at The Loft. The space was cozy, and pet friendly which is important to use as we bring our 4 legged pup with us everywhere we go. Another unexpected bonus was Hand of Fate Brewery right next door where our pup had the chance to greet everyone as they entered. We also enjoyed the local brew and we were able to bring our meal to our rooftop and take in the view. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting near Petersburg, IL.

Eli is the epitome of a thoughtful, caring and considerate host! If all we brought along with us was clothing it would've been enough! There were even chocolate truffles, water, fresh fruit tray, plenty of good coffee & tea and even eggs & waffle mix! There is not enough room here to type all of the items available. Most importantly, his response time is RIGHT NOW if you text him any questions at all. I will definitely book here again when in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Eli! ☺️
