Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a detached holiday home of approximately 60 square meters for 2 people, directly on the forest. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
