Sleep in a gypsy wagon near the Buisse Heide

Welcome to our cozy Pipo wagon, with veranda, garden, separate private shower/toilet and wide views over meadows. From the Pipo wagon you can hike and cycle over the Buisse Heide or walk to Achtmaal with a cozy village cafe. Zundert is a 20-minute bike ride away and you can be in Breda or Antwerp in no time by car. Fancy breakfast? No problem! (14.50 pp, please specify in advance) In the mood for 4 local specialty beers? Kip and Heide

Cozy studio apartment in Schijf, ideal for 2 adults (+ sofa bed 2 extra people). Located near the Rucphens Heide – perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Speel and ice farm, Indoor Skydive Roosendaal, Outlet center Rosada, SnowWorld Rucphen, Efteling is 35 minutes' drive. Historical cities such as Breda and Roosendaal are nearby. Dordrecht and Antwerp are only 35 minutes away by car. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam are a little further away. Peace, nature, culture and adventure in one!

The Rozenboog

This unique accommodation is close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bikes for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

Cozy studio in the outskirts of Hoeven

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. In addition to a king-size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately plus a small terrace at the front.

Villa Forestier in Breda, top forest location

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Luxury 7 p house with hot tub and rural views

The country house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

(Upper) apartment or meeting place

This (upstairs)apartment can be a meeting place for a small group of people. Coffee and tea then included. In the fridge, for a fee, we cans/bottles of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Price list on fridge. The apartment is at the top of the stairs with a sliding door lockable from the lower floor with a button cylinder. It is a non-smoking and not a child friendly apartment. We prefer not to have pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). Breakfast can be enjoyed in the cottage or at multiple little breakfast places nearby. Please come and enjoy your stay in Breda in our charming garden cottage.

Welcome to the green oasis! You will stay in a loft part of a modern luxury villa. This loft is located in a beautiful spot in the outskirts of Etten-Leur. You experience absolute peace and can fully come to yourself. But once outside the gate it is only 15 minutes drive to Breda and Roosendaal, 25 minutes to Antwerp and 35 minutes to the Efteling. You can also enjoy nature reserves or enjoy the beautiful adjacent garden!
