Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

It’s a good place with a very beautiful balcony same as described by the host, Rashmika was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We spent some great days in this beautiful apartment. The place is even better than the pics. Very spacious, clean, lots of things to do. The host was very welcoming and helpful. For those who like comfort and rest, this place is highly recommended. Even got some deco inspiration for our own home :).

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Lovely stay. Location is outstanding, straight onto the beach. Sashi - the house keeper - is as kind as it gets and cooks amazing dishes. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she came with a gift, not only for the birthday girl but also her sister... So kind.

Staying at Muditha's place was wonderful. The apartment is a little outside of the city center but can easily be reached by Tuktuk. There are a few local markets nearby, we found a grocery store and a local bakery with tasty snacks that can easily be reached by foot. It is surrounded by small temples and lots of greenery, which makes it a good location for peacefull strolls around the neighbourhood. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is no AC but there are fans in the bedrooms and since the location is a bit higher up, it's not too hot at night. The hosts were very honest and warm people. They gave us privacy but answered within minutes if we ever had a request. They even showed us their garden and let us say hello to the chickens 🥰 They helped us with our every need and even made sure we got on the local bus safely on the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you are spending a few nights in Kandy!

The facilities that came with the apartment were great, especially the pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The security measures in place made us feel completely safe, and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The view from the property was great, adding to the overall experience. Overall, a fantastic experience. Located in a less busy, on a hill and a more local area but walkable distance to the main road, public transportation, Uber, pickme, supermarkets and restaurants. Totally sweet, friendly, professional and kind hosts. They warmly welcomed me and my wife to the property and helped carry our bags to the apartment upstairs. We instantly felt like we were at home. Apartment is modern, newly built and squeaky clean. We loved the view from the balconies as well as from the rooftop. Nobody bothers anybody and we thoroughly enjoyed our privacy here. Everything was included in the apartment for a comfy stay. Air-condition was excellent and there was ample hot water in the bathroom. It will be nice to have a duvet/comforter because it can get chilly at night. The best part is the pool which was so refreshing during hot days. It was clean and well maintained, almost felt like a natural pool. Our stay was excellent and would love to come back. Thanks for hosting us. Good luck guys.

Amazing host and the space was extremely homely. It was picturesque and exactly as the photos advertised. The amenities were functional and the space in itself was well maintained and clean. It was an Eco-friendly abode. It was a calm and peaceful stay. A little away from the hustle and bustle but the distance to other restaurants and shops were pretty close by and walkable. Transportation was also easily available.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Staying at this apartment felt like a true home away from home. Moving out of our childhood house was a big transition, but this space made it easier. It was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well-equipped with charming dishes, making even simple meals enjoyable. Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth during their stay.

Darshaka and his mother are very kind and helpful and we had a warm welcome. Darshaka advices and helped us booking all kind of tours. His mother is an absolute cooking queen! If you want she can cook the most delicious dishes for you or she can give you a cooking class so you can learn and experience Sri Lanka’s local tasts😋. I would certainly recommend this place if you want to feel at home!

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Don is an exceptional host, responsive and available at any time, the house is a jewel, large, clean and equipped, private patio with a very pleasant mini pool in the hottest hours, very quiet location out of the chaos but a 5 10-minute walk from the two nearby beaches (the least crowded in the area, including jungle beach surf spots). With a scooter (which I highly recommend) you can reach all the midigama and ahanghama spots in a few minutes and in 10 minutes you can reach weligama. The other pool is shared with other BnBs and you have to go through the private garden of the house next door, but it is a great place to relax and the few times we used it there was no one. Absolutely recommended

We enjoyed the house very much! It was such a luxury place with everything we needed and the swimming pool and the gym was nice one too! I would recommend this house to anyone for sure!

We had a great few days at Adams’s place. Brilliant host and easy checkin, really close to town and all amenities. Great for surf spots and we saw a few elephants out of town. Oh and importantly for me, the AC is utterly silent. Would definitely stay again 😎
