Vacation rentals with beach access in St. Andrew Parish

First off, I’d like to say how immaculate this Airbnb was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The bathroom and entire living space were amazing! Every amenity listed was in perfect working order, and the bed was super comfy. The location was easy to find, spacious, and felt very safe. Security was spot on, and the instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. Communication with myself & the host was consistent, efficient, and thoughtful refreshments and snacks were even provided, which was such a nice touch. The entire space smelt absolutely beautiful! I’m definitely interested in renting again for my next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and incredible stay. The location was ideal because it was close to the area where we would be working for the duration of our assignment. Additionally, there were numerous eateries, supermarkets, and other conveniences nearby. We had a terrific time exploring the area and discovered many excellent restaurants close by. All in all, we had an incredible experience. We can't say enough good things about Tania and her property.

Akeel’s place was amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time there. My kids really enjoyed the pool because it was so close I couldn’t get them out. It is located in a quiet area that is close to many eateries, Buzzer’s arcade for kids and the highway to get to other locations quick. Akeel and his cohost Conrad was very good in assisting me with anything I needed. They also provide vehicle rentals in case you need to book your own vehicle to get around the island for reasonable prices. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and we will be back if we are in Portmore/Kingston area. Thanks Akeel & Conrad for hosting us.

Carol was a great and attentive host! The local snacks that greeted us upon arrival were perfect after a long day of travel. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The space was clean and accommodating! The community was quiet and peaceful, this was a wonderful stay!

Tasha was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully decorated, and the building felt very secure. The location was perfect with easy access to everything. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

The best part of my AirBnb experience as Chris guest was waking up to most amazing scenery From Sunrise to Sunset including the mountains to the Kgn Harbor from the position of the 3rd Fl - All this topped off with a fully functional space with all advertised amenities I highly recommend Chris place for your next AirBnb experience in Portmore Jamaica 😍😎🇯🇲

I cannot explain how happy I was at Julia’s. I felt like I was at home. The unit was a great size with all the essentials. The walk to the beach was on 5 minutes and literally 12 minutes from Kingston airport. Grocery stores 6 minutes away by car. I literally had no complaints and I can say hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in on Jamaica. 🇯🇲 As a person that visit Jamaica 5 times a year I am completely satisfied. I would have preferred to stay longer if I knew it was possible for this trip. Communication with Julia was superb and safety was the least of my worries. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and I finally was able to relax with no headaches! Love love love 100 out of 10❤️

The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated with local artwork. Our host, Oneil, was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing a detailed neighborhood guide that led us to some amazing restaurants we would have otherwise missed. The location couldn't be better - just a walk to the beach and within walking distance to local seafood restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we appreciated the complimentary items waiting for us upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable with hotel-quality linens. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This was perfect for me and my family. The location is very safe and in the Pines Development and just across from shops and banks. Transport is very easy and the house was amazing. The space was great and would stay again and the host was very helpful. It was large and had all we needed plus more!

There is alot of effort and care place in making the space at home. Found it very comfortable and love the unique touches to the home. The yard is well kept and there is a relax spot to the back that you can sit and have a private moment.

Tahara's home was absolutely beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures and the views outside were amazing. The area was very nice and quiet. Tahara was a lovely host and she always responded quickly to any call or message. I would absolutely book her home again.

It has been a fantastic stay at Wayne's Airbnb. Place is clean & comfortable in a quiet, secured gated community. The beach is just a stone throw away although we hardly had time to make use of it and the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay with friends or family etc. Thanks for a great experience!

Loved the house it was so beautiful and right in the heart of all the local restaurants etc. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend booking here and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The house was clean and really comfortable. I slept really well in the bed. The host was very flexible with checking and check out which made my stay much more convenient. The facilities were great and the house was super safe. All in all a great stay!

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

Kimberly was very responsive and answered all questions and queries quickly. The condo was very clean.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

We spent three days here on vacation and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of this villa is close to my destination as well , as for the room even though being small but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. i would definitely recommend this villa to others having a small business trip , vacation , baecation and the list goes on , however this villa might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to it’s limited space. But it’s a 10/10

The stay was really peaceful, friendly environment. The place looked way better in person than the actual photos place was clean and comfortable… Host is very responsive and always checking in with us ..looking forward to visiting again

If you are looking for a resort feel without the people this condo is perfect. The host and her husband did a great job communicating with us before the trip and around the time we checked out. The location feels very safe and it is quiet. There is a lot of food near by. It is in an area with a lot of locals so be polite.
