Charming duplex on the garden level. Featuring a large living /dining room including a sofa bed with an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another gite. For the tranquility of all, access to the Pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. The sheets are provided but towels are not the towels (on request additional charge) Guests do the cleaning before they leave.

This charming detached house, with a terrace and a swimming pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the major schools, as well as the convention centre. Fully equipped, it offers a comfortable bed for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the stairs to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are allowed

Bedroom + bathroom in private house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. A private room with a private bathroom in a family home. We have 2 little girls (4 years old and 2 years old). We live here so shared pool if we are there. The girls sleep upstairs and we have a second bedroom downstairs where we sleep. We are very welcoming. You have the sheltered summer kitchen available for you and the outdoors: terrace, petanque, trampoline… we are accommodating. Don't hesitate.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.

Ideal cottage for 2 to 4 people, with a surface area of 55 m2. Integrated and equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and living room (Bz 140x190 cm), a bedroom with double bed 160 cm, a bathroom with shower and sink, as well as a separate WC.
