A studio apartment cottage nestled in a garden with another across the courtyard. You have a gated entrance and free parking space outside the gate. We built this retreat and completed the bulk of construction December 30,2024. Originally to accommodate family members with transitional housing however, those family members are unable to settle in St. Cloud yet. The current plan is to continue to provide a comfortable retreat for the community without over charging.

Plenty of parking, with enough room to bring a boat.
