Kid-friendly vacation rentals in St. Francois County

The cottage was lovely. It was decorated with so much thought. The towels were so plush and the linens were very nice. I felt right at home. I appreciated that she had a washer and dryer available.

I moved into Aprils place as a solo guest. The bed I chose was quite comfortable, and all basic household items were on the ready. It was a quiet, pleasant stay. April was also willing to work with me when I cautiously contemplated extending my stay for one month. She was very helpful, responded quickly to any questions I had, and this made for an excellent stay. I will look to book her place every time I return to this job site. The comforts of home, and a private driveway for my truck are worth their weight in gold!

This home was so comfortable. The decorations were very cute to include the furniture down to the throw pillows. Linda was very responsive and was flexible. My family enjoyed the large space and watching the cows!

The Carriage House was perfect for what I needed and felt comfortable and homey! Several amenities were offered and the little touches and detailed instructions were perfect and welcoming for someone who knew little about the area. The property is cute and backs up to thriving parks that stay busy until closing (Lena does share this information in the listing so this does not come as a surprise for guests and it was not a disturbance since the park closes at an appropriate time). I am looking forward to getting to go back and spend more time at the Carriage House again soon and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Farmington!

Beautiful older home and very comfortable. Home was very clean since we had a baby crawling around. TV’s were great for streaming.

Dwayne and Darlene are awesome people made us feel like part of the family of all the Airbnb hosts I’ve met they are top of the list sad we didn’t get the contract we were bidding on was looking to spend a year there whenever I’m in Missouri I’ll stay with them or if I’m passing through we will say hello thank you both for everything 😀😀👍👍👍👍

Second time staying. Just as good as the first time. Close to the mine for diving!

My son and I came to town to go diving at Bonne Terre mine. Duane’s location was very close (like 3 minutes), and the place was super cozy. Nice floor plan and he even had some snacks waiting for us. Duane was also one of the nicest and kindest hosts I’ve ever met. Called us to make sure we were comfortable, made some local recommendations and was just such a super-sweet person. There’s not a ton going on in the area —- it’s an old (abandoned) mining town, but for a weekend you’ll find some decent food and custard 🍦

Crazy to find something so nice in this area. The whole building was cool. Only downside is this place is next to the smoking spot for the apartment building. Folks were out there at 3am talking, smoking and coughing.

Adorable Air BNB in the heart of a quaint area of a small town. Great for a weekend getaway. Close to some of Missouri’s most beautiful hiking areas and scenic attractions.

This our 3rd time staying at one of the Hulseys properties. Unfortunately, this time was for a funeral. The location is really convenient for me, it very close to alot of my family. I love what they done with the building and all of the changes on Main St are awesome. I'm looking forward to our next stay.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! Beautifully decorated little studio and I loved the coffee shop across the street.

We have stayed with Ashton quite a few times now. The place is always a delight. Location is very walkable. The unit is clean and bright.
